Complete this application to place a child on the waitlist for Purchase Day Camp. Choose your ideal enrollment, including weeks that are full as well as weeks that are currently available, if desired. No payment will be requested with this application, and you are under no obligation to accept the requested enrollment. If three or more of your desired week(s) should come available, we will contact you to offer the week(s). If you choose to accept the offered enrollment at that time, only then would you be subject to the Purchase Day Camp Enrollment Policies.

Week 1 will run Monday to Thursday and is a 4 day week.
